Shortly after their critically acclaimed release, Dah Shinin', Smif N Wessun were sued by the gun company "Smith and Wesson" under copyright infringment for the use of their name. Over the past few years the group has seen many problems. have struggled to make it mainstream, but have gathered a cult-like following in the underground scene.
